We are grateful for our residency at The Sardine Room - the last Saturday of every month - and even more grateful for our brother, live painter Jody Bauman! Jody celebrated his birthday by shaking his bones to a special presentation of acoustic Dead. We opened with a nod to the recently fallen Ozzy Osborne with our unique take on "Crazy Train," which of course led to "Hell in a Bucket." We take August off for Labor day and return on September 27. See us August 16 at the HUB Stadium Novi for another free electric show! 7-26-2025 The Sardine Room, Plymouth, MI I: Crazy Train* > Hell In A Bucket, Box of Rain#, Crazy Fingers, Run for the Roses, Mississippi Half Step Toodeloo, Memphis Blues II: The Music Never Stopped > Scarlet Begonias > Uncle John's Band > Bertha, Peggy O, Cryptical Envelopment > The Other One > Cryptical Envelopment > New Speedway Boogie, Brokedown Palace * = debut # = Dark Star teases

Saturday's free show at the HUB was a blast! As the months pass, more and more of our fans are discovering the hidden gem that is HUB Club Novi. This month, we met fans from around the country, including Tall Tim from Phoenix and his buddy Jeff, who were in town and discovered our show by checking out GratefulDeadTributeBands.com. Our third Saturday residency continues on August 16. Come early, enjoy curling or axe throwing, then order dinner and groove with us!

The song quotes the folk song Shenandoah and was a highlight of our first acoustic set. Our second set was "Oops! All Requests!" and y'all asked for some great ones. We sang happy birthday to Harper and played Monkey and the Engineer for her, and satisfied James by playing deep cut Picasso Moon. Join us next month to put in your request!
