Our first "jukebox" audience request show was a huge success. Definitely ended as a Dead dance party at the Sardine Room! We played our first set by pulling requests from the tip jar and during our break (eating the best brunch around) we assembled a second set from requests - it was simply awesome.  Jodi painted one of our favorite pieces from his request: Ship of Fools. For our next show, we will write a first set and make our second set from your requests.  Join us February 22!

Hey Deadheads, come to the Sardine Room this Saturday for an all-request show!  We will put out the fishbowl and some sticky notes and pencils, and you can request any Dead (or Dead-played) song, and we will do our best to play it.  Funny thing, it only works if you come on out!  Reservations encouraged.

Thanks for celebrating the beginning of Matt's 60th circle around the sun with Raising The Dead at the Blind Pig!  Over 200 fans paid to join us for an evening of musical bliss and the fellowship that follows this most special music. Chaim's family band Groove Monkey Trio opened the show for us, and everybody oo'd and ah'd when they dropped their Shakedown Street > We Want The Funk medley.  

Superfan Bruce Matzkin traveled all the way from Boston to join us! We always appreciate the first-rate sound engineering we receive from Front of House (FOH) at The Blind Pig. The great sound let us stretch out and enjoy some really unique trance-jams, especially in Shakedown (the one RTD played). We can't wait to do it all for y'all again.
